For over a decade, I worked as a holistic esthetician, where my work naturally extended beyond the skin. While facials were my foundation, what I was truly holding was presence, intuition, and a deep attunement to the nervous system. 

Over time, I realized that true radiance doesn’t begin at the surface ~ it begins in the body. 

Today, I facilitate energy healing sessions rooted in Reiki, sound healing, and breathwork. My work focuses on nervous system regulation, emotional recalibration, and helping you feel safe and grounded in yourself again. 

My approach is steady and honest. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to hold space for you to reconnect with your own clarity.
